Catamount Ranch & Club is hiring an Executive Chef to use their talent and management skills to develop and execute menus ranging from creative ala carte dishes to tried and true banquet cuisine.  Our ideal candidate will not only have an excellent culinary background, but understands the importance of team dynamics, flexibility and customer focus to achieve success.  Along with menu development, the Executive Chef will be responsible for managing inventory, COS and labor within budgeted parameters.
